On July 29th, Chicago HOPES threw its second annual Bright Lights for Bright Kids benefit concert. Held at Quenchers Saloon in Logan Square, it was a great night of dancing, poetry and music featuring Project DCIPHER, Luis Valadez, Das Boton and Armando Perez.
